We are Shigar Treks & Expeditions, and we are excited to assist you with your travel bookings. These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) explain what you can expect from us when you book travel services through us and what we expect from you as our customer. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Shigar Treks & Expeditions. The term “you” refers to the customer using our website, booking a trip, or using any of our services. These terms apply to all clients of Shigar Treks & Expeditions and its partners.  

Boking Confirmation

 a booking is confirmed when the full payment or a $300 USD deposit is received. The contract becomes binding after payment is made. The remaining amount must be paid after arrial in Islamabad 

By booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to our terms and conditions. You also confirm that you are physically fit to participate in the activities we arrange. If you have concerns, please contact us for guidance. Parents or guardians are responsible for the actions of any children under 18 traveling with them. Children cannot use our services without an adult present.  

Shigar Treks & Expeditions will only be responsible for direct physical injury caused by the negligence of its staff, as required by Pakistani law. We are not liable for any mishaps, including flight cancellations, weather disruptions, accidents, strikes, illnesses, government actions, natural disasters, or other unexpected events. By booking with us, you agree that we have taken reasonable steps to limit our liability.
